Hey there! My name is Jennifer Gleeson Blue.

I am a certified Nutritious Movement™ Certified Restorative Exercise Specialist, having trained extensively with the the Nutritious Movement Center.

I spent the bulk of my prior professional life in the inner world of ideas and feelings and of personal narrative, the things that made up the life coaching practice I had for many years. Supporting people to transform (or release) the stories they held about themselves is work I love.

When I discovered Nutritious Movement™ (formerly Restorative Exercise™), it wasn’t with the intention to teach. It was with the intention to heal. To heal myself. To understand what led to a 54 hour labor and cesarean childbirth and to change the mechanics that led to that experience. And then I fell in love.

Nutritious Movement™ is a huge missing link in our culture’s understanding of and experience of body and movement and it has changed almost every part of my life. It is out of this experience of and love for Nutritious Movement™ that I now support others in their own journey of body ownership and optimal health.

In your work with me, you will discover not only a practical guide for meeting your alignment and movement goals through various physical exercises, but the emotional container needed to uncover what’s really going on for you and the support you need to integrate the changes you make.

As for the rest of it?

Prior to coming to Nutritious Movement™, I spent the better part of a decade helping creative individuals get to the stuff that matters through my life coaching practice. I have a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from Azusa Pacific University and a certificate in coaching through Coach University. I am a past board member of the International Coach Federation-Philadelphia and a current board member of the International Cesarean Awareness Network-Southeastern Pennsylvania.

I’ve just moved to Santa Fe, NM with my husband, son and our two cats, where we eschew couches, wear minimalist shoes, eat a whole foods diet and hang from trees throughout the neighborhood.
